Our first results are in!
SSCA third-graders thrived on the CAT (California Achievement Test) in March 2019.
The average math score for students was grade level 4.9 (meaning they are more than a year ahead in terms of ability, equivalent to grade 4, month 9).
The average reading score came out at 5.8 (more than two years ahead, the equivalent to grade 5, month 8).
This places the average third-grade student at SSCA in the 96th percentile nationally.
According to data on the class of 2015, students who attend schools registered with ACCS (Association of Classical Christian Schools) significantly outperform national averages. Reference the following breakdown for more information:
